On this page we offer you a description of the main activities in which we are engaged to offer you the best sailing boat rental experience for your cruises.

Our family-run company allows us a personal and attentive approach to the needs of customers, creating an environment of trust. Each service is designed to guarantee you comfort, relaxation, fun and safety.

Including insurance

Each of our boats has a Kasko insurance for the total value including accessories, as well as a damage insurance with civil liability coverage for 10 million euros. Included in the R/C coverage are also the people carried.

Insurance recommended

For years we have recommended our guests to insure themselves against the rental risk in case of cancellation for health reasons or important family events. Rental contracts are often concluded well in advance, sometimes several months before the holiday. During these months, many things can happen that may force the Guest to cancel the trip. In these cases, specifically when the notice is short, it is not said that we can rent the boat to another customer, with the consequence that we cannot refund the Guest or renounce the rental amount.

For this reason, we recommend the charter packages of Pantaenius, insurance specialized in the nautical sector that offers interesting solutions that cover the various risks that are related to the rental of a boat. Travel cancellation is included in every package, even the Basic one. For a quiet holiday, check it out!

Strict safety standards

All our yachts are equipped with liferaft, tender, VHF, chart plotter, distress flares, fire extinguishers, lifelines and safety harnesses, and of course a sufficient number of automatic-lifejackets. Our security equipment meets the requirements of the Cruising Department of the German DSV.

Sheets on board

For each berth, we provide our guests with a pillow and pillowcase and a fleece blanket. We also offer bed linen (€ 12 per person) and towel sets (€ 8 per person). Alternatively, each guest is requested to bring two sheets (or a sleeping bag with a sheet) and towels.

Ideal sailing zones for charter

The Island of Elba is an ideal starting point to sail towards the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and make pleasant cruises in Corsica and Sardinia, or, sailing towards mainland Italy, from the Tyrrhenian coast to renowned Ligurian towns, Pushing himself to the French Riviera.

Professional contracts

Each rental is made with the conclusion of a contract according to the current Italian rules. Each contract provides for a deposit of 2.000 € per boat, 3.500 € for Kitoko, to be paid on boarding in cash or credit card (Visa/ Mastercard). In the case of a lost-money payment of 130 € for each boat, the deposit is reduced to 500 €, for Kitoko to 800 € with a lost-money payment of 175 €.

Reliable maintenance

Produced by the European shipyards Bavaria and Jeanneau, very reliable partners for service, our boats are all equipped in a uniform way. In addition, we have every spare part in our warehouse, performing all maintenance directly and with professional conscience: an indisputable advantage as far as the tranquility of your holidays is concerned. Of course, all the older boats in our fleet (over 4 years) are regularly subjected to thorough overhaul and equipped with new sails.

Cars and parking

When you come to Elba, you can either leave your car on the continent at Piombino, in secure parking (about 10 €/day, fire and theft insurance included), or park it for free inside the marina on the island.

Equipment levels comparable to owner-operated boats, without price surcharges

The basic price includes: genoa roll-up, roller coaster or slotted sloop with lazy jacks and lazy bag, gennaker, autogonfiabile with certificate of revision, tender with outboard, bimini top, spray hood, VHF system, GPS with cartographic plotter, cold and hot water, showers (indoor and outdoor), refrigerator, electric anchor-sail, autopilot, stereo CD player and in some boats also radar and heating.

Direct delivery

The delivery and return of your boat is done in a personalized and individual way, without intermediaries and/ or unnecessary bureaucracy, at our boarding base in Portoferraio.
